MINOR PLANET PHOTOMETRY FROM LEURA AND KINGSGROVE OBSERVATORY Leura Observatory is located 100km West of Sydney Australia. Since its inception, the observatory has progressed gradually from a simple manually controlled dome to currently an established remote controlled observatory mainly working on Asteroid photomety. Kingsgrove Observatory is in my backyard. A pier mounted robotic telescope that is easier to manage. When in use, the styrofoam cover is simply flipped open and the telescope/camera powered to start the night's run. With CCDCommander scripting software, multiple targets are possible to be imaged nightly. From the 2 observatories to date, there have been 3 Binary asteroid discoveries, 3 co-discoverer of the Binary asteroids and numerous publications in Minor Planet Bulletin.
